My partner and I had a great evening at here. We walked in without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy, authentic Italian feel. It really is a perfect date spot. We started with the Mozzarella e Prosciutto and Pomodoro Bruschetta, both of which paired beautifully the glasses of red wine we ordered. The Mozzarella e Prosciutto was simply delicious--soft, fresh mozzarella served with thinly sliced prosciutto and a bed of peppery arugula. The combination of flavors was light yet satisfying, a great balance of creamy, salty, and slightly spicy from the greens. The Pomodoro Bruschetta was equally delightful. The toasted bread was topped with a generous portion of fresh, juicy tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil and just the right amount of garlic and basil. Each bite was full of classic Italian flavor, and the crispness of the bread was perfect. The highlight was definitely the Quattro Formaggi pizza we ordered. We could NOT even finish this as the cheese were so flavorful and dense that on top of the mozzarella we had earlier, this had to be boxed up (but reheated well). Overall, we loved our experience at Piacere. The food, wine, and cozy ambiance = an ideal, laid-back night. Gem of a spot.

The ambiance was amazing, the servers were attentive and sweet, and most importantly the food was amazing! We ordered their pizza and some of their appetizers and their bread did NOT disappoint. It was warm, soft and chewy. They seasoned it perfectly and it was made with love. Later, our server told us their tiramisu was the world's best, and they were right. It really was delicious. The staff were kind and they were always right around the corner when we needed assistance. Definitely stop by here, it was amazing and we will come back for sure.

Happened on this spot by accident and couldn't be happier that we did! The best, thinnest, most fresh gluten free pizza I have ever had. Clearly dough that's made from scratch. The carbonara pizza was INCREDIBLE... I wish I could give this pizza 6 stars! The San Daniele was also very, very good. And we modified the sausage and mushroom pizza to have sweet sausage instead of spicy and it was delicious. Paired with the recommended Primitivo wine, which perfectly complemented the meal! Also, our group was able to be sat immediately on a Friday night without a reservation! Cute spot. Great food. My new fav gf pizza in the city hands down. Will be back!!

Piacere is a cute little Italian restaurant by Little Italy, and I stumbled upon it by chance when many of the restaurants in the area closed early. We called ahead and they said they would take us which is nice since we ended up being the only ones. We got the margarita pizza to split which came out in minutes and was thin, crispy, and a perfect pizza. I got the carbonara which was really good and not too salty, although I wish the bacon was a little more crispy. We finished with the tiramisu which was good but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I had a good experience here and some solid food, and I appreciate the workers for staying open for us!
